Rated 5 out of 5 by SGPP from HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 Need to have more customization. 32GB RAM option is available only from top end. Even entry level should have an option to customize the RAM.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Great computer This computer is a great replacement for the old Specter that I had been using for approximately eight years. The feel is much the same, so it is easy to use. The software all loaded very easily and quickly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Disappointed and frustrated If it worked as advertised, it would be a great PC, but it has problems. I have spent many hours trying to get the PC working and had to send back the first one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Adam Gz from Another HP laptop, another success I’m not exclusively an HP customer, but it’s increasingly becoming that way. Was in the market for a new laptop after my old HP Spectre was too old to update to Win11. Although I looked at HP first, I read reviews and comparisons for all the competitors; and no regrets going with the OmniBook.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Stephanie E. from Ultra Performance. Ultra Portable. ***FYI, I am not an HP Employee, but the review tool would not let me submit unless I marked that I was, there was no option to select No, I am not an HP Employee*** I bought this as a replacement for my HP Spectre x360 - it was a great machine but a little too large and heavy for my needs. I wanted a smaller form factor, as the Spectre was a 16" model and I wanted something more portable for university - so I went with the 14" model of the OmniBook Ultra Flip. As far as the size and weight goes, it is perfect for carrying around all day long without feeling too heavy. The keyboard is still large enough to be comfortable for regular use. As a side note, I got the atmospheric blue and I LOVE the color. The 3K OLED touchscreen is bright and vibrant, especially when paired with a custom OLED wallpaper; you can really see the rich, deep colors then. I went with the Core i9 processor paired with 32GB of RAM and this bad boy is speedy/snappy - I definitely have no issues with the performance. I have the 2TB Performance SSD as well and it gives me plenty of fast, reliable storage, which I need for everything I do. My biggest concern is the battery life. I find that with average use - browsing, simple document editing, email, etc. - I am getting 4 - 6 hours on average. I was really hoping for at least 8 hours of usage, if not more. I chalk some of this up to a processor (the Core i9), which is more power hungry, but still I wish it was optimized for longer life. I have to travel with a charger to make sure I can make it through the day, especially as a student who spends a lot of time working and studying. I can't say for certain, but if you want longer life, a lower tier processor like the Core i7 will still give you all the performance you need but will more than likely extend your battery life. You are going to have to balance power for longer life - which is more important to you? I don't yet use the added stylus, but hope to soon. I have tried it and it seems to work well with great response time. This model comes with 3 USB-C ports - two of which are Thunderbolt ports - as well has a headphone jack. I don't mind that it is USB-C only as most of my devices are USB-C, but if you have any USB-A devices, I would say this is still a great choice, just consider getting a USB-C to USB-A adapter (they are cheap and easily available). I have had complaints in the past about the USB ports underperforming, but these ones all perform great. I occasionally need more reliable internet connection than you can get with any WiFi, so I have a USB-C to Ethernet adapter, and that works really well, with the catch that you are going to tie up a USB-C port. But that still leaves two open for use, which for me is almost always plenty to work with. This is an AI based CoPilot+ PC, and I have found that the NPU is solid and performs really well when tasked with AI requests/jobs. I haven't tested the built in HP AI tool, but with other AI products, they are quick to answer and get the job done. I had some issues in past models with software/OS glitches that seemed specific to my machine and I'm happy to report this OS on the OmniBook seems very stable and reliable - I don't have any crashes or lock-ups or strange glitches. WiFi performance is solid - it runs WiFi 7 and while most of my network usage is currently WiFi 6, I am working on upgrading my network to optimize the performance of my multiple WiFi 7 devices, including my OmniBook. I am using more and more self-hosted, open-source software every day for this such as cloud storage, email, VPN, media, etc. and everything runs smoothly on my OmniBook Ultra. Honestly, I wish I had a negative to give on the software so that it didn't seem like I was bias, but there's nothing to complain about; it just works, and works well. Overall, I would highly recommend the OmniBook Ultra Flip for power and performance users; just be prepared to bring a charger with you when you are on the go to make sure you aren't left hanging. Hopefully, they push out some software updates that help squeeze out some more battery life. This is definitely worth the buy if you are looking for incredible performance on a machine that will last for years to come.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Physineer from Nice PC if the pen worked. The PC is quite nice with a beautiful display. The pen interface is where it loses a star. Could be an issue with HPs pen or the PC. Customer service / tech support could not solve the issue. Tried two different pens.

Rated 1 out of 5 by MY Wang from One of the noisiest laptops in the market with little to no support. I got this laptop for about a month. The computing power and screen are great, but the broken software and system management really make me want to return this laptop. I have everything up to date, system, driver, BIOS. 1, There's no battery charging limit you can choose, common option of 80% or even 60% is not available. 2, It's really noisy on idle or doing simple work like typing. The fan tune on this laptop is so strange. It starts blowing hard as low as 40C CPU temp and desperately trying to keep CPU below 70C. This fan makes it the noisiest laptop in the market. No other brand or model does the same. usually fan start running quietly from over 60C. This laptop supposed to run cool and quiet, but the fan ruin it all. Unfortunately, you can't change it, no option in BIOS or any of the HP apps can change fan tune, live with it or return it. It was designed to be like this. Good luck to all, stay away from this laptop if you need a quiet one for working.

There are no estimates available for each configuration. However the HP OmniBook Ultra Flip Next Gen AI PC 14-fh00 series typically has a battery life of up to 16 hours and 15 minutes. MobileMark 25 Battery life will vary depending on various factors including product model, configuration, loaded applications, features, use, wireless functionality, and power management settings. The maximum capacity of the battery will naturally decrease with time and usage. See https://bapco.com/products/mobilemark-25/ for additional details. Based on HP’s internal analysis of next-gen PC’s with a 40-60 TOPS NPU as of the date of this answer. Battery life tested by HP using continuous FHD video playback, 1080p (1920x1080) resolution, 200 nits brightness, system audio level as image default, player audio level at 100%, played full-screen from local storage, headphone attached or through speaker (if no audio jack port), wireless on but not connected. Actual battery life will vary depending on configuration and maximum capacity will naturally decrease with time and usage.
