    Rated 5 out of 5 by EncinoCPA from A Workhorse Printer We have been using HP printers for over 40 years. We find them to be state of the art, rugged, dependable, and cost efficient. Our last printer, an HP 9000, lasted 15 years and over 2 million copies. I don;t know if the new one will last that long, but it functions beautifully and has power saving features that I really like. Of course, the copies are crisp and clear, as you would expect from an HP Laserjet Printer.

    Does HP Laser Jet Enterprise M806 print plastic offset 11 x 18" plates?

    This HP LaserJet Enterprise M806dn Printer has a maximum print size of 11" by 17". Also, this printer is compatible with the following media types and weights: Paper (bond, color, letterhead, plain, preprinted, prepunched, recycled, rough), labels, cardstock, and transparencies. Tray 1: 16 to 58 lb (bond); Tray 2, 3: 16 to 53 lb (bond) It is unclear what is meant by plastic plates. If you are referring to transparencies then this will be compatible with that but not the size you are referring to.

    Is there a higher capacity intake tray that is compatible with this particular printer? Such as 1,000 pages instead of 500?

    Hello, Kaitlyn. Thanks for your question. You can add two trays to this HP LaserJet Enterprise M806dn Printer. There is an HP LaserJet 1500-sheet High-capacity Input Tray, T0F54A, and an HP LaserJet 3500-sheet High-capacity Input Tray, C3F79A, available for this printer.
