Rated 3 out of 5 by Tammy A from Good for printing just documents I have to say at least this one prints something compared to the last HP printer I had. It works so well when printing documents. I love that I can print from anywhere in my home and don't have to be attached to the printer. However, I use mines to print labels and no matter how much I perform the alignment test, it just doesn't print my labels for my products correctly. Everything is off centered ALWAYS even after doing all the steps I've found online to try and correct it. What's even worse is that the settings for this printer don't help. There's no option for printing labels like other printers or relatable options. So I'm stuck wasting a ton of paper just to get a decent printout of my labels. Even printing a photo is off centered. I even tried moving the printer and still nothing. As the paper feeds into the printer, it ALWAYS moves off centered and there's no way of stabilizing it. The tray that extends for your paper to feed into the printer is not a good design. I think this printer would be better if it had a pull out tray instead. If you just need this printer for documents then this is a great printer. But for anything else, I suggest paying a little more money for a better performing one.

Just about every time I try to use the printer (which maybe happens every few weeks to months; so, it's no often), the app tells us we need to resolve an issue before it can print. I work in IT, and I am usually able to use forums to help resolve. But, I am not sure why I run into so many issues.
