Accelerating the Future of Work
Future of Work Accelerator
In an increasingly digital world, people without access to technology and the skills to use it are often locked out of economic opportunity. HP’s Future of Work Accelerator helps scale the impact of organizations that are working to change this across the globe. Since 2022, the Accelerator has supported 35 organizations across 13 countries, delivering skills and learning to 11.3 million people.
HP LIFE
The HP Foundation provides business and digital skills training free of charge for students, entrepreneurs, and lifelong learners worldwide through HP LIFE. Since 2016, learners across more than 200 countries and territories have completed over 4.8 million HP LIFE courses. In 2025, we expanded our content with four new courses, including AI for Business Professionals and Professional Networking for Career Growth.
Harness Opportunities for Planet and Economy
Through HP HOPE, end-of-first-life devices are renewed and donated to NGOs and educational institutions serving disconnected communities, turning each PC into a gateway to digital and AI skills for the Future of Work. Through HP HOPE, we have donated 2,215 refurbished devices, supporting 279,860 young people in 24 countries.
