Super Easy to Install!
I always have some trepidation when I have to replace a part on a printer - especially when the part says FUSER! But this was super easy to install! Just open the side of the printer, pop the old one out, and the new one clicks in within seconds!

Messed up my printer
My trustworthy workhorse of a laserjet (M551) sent me a warning that i needed to replace the fuser unit. So I ordered a replacement, though there was absolutely nothing wrong with how the printer functioned. I replaced the unit, and now, all of the pages that print from the side Tray 1 come out dog eared on the top two corners. (Tray 2 and the duplexer still work perfectly) we tried multiple times to pull out and reinstall the fuser unit but this is still an issue. I called customer service, and after about 6 tries to connect with a person, the chat feature quit multiple times, I was told that my printer was out of warranty so even though i was calling about a product i had just purchased from them, i was out of luck. My only option is to call in a repair person for an issue with a brand new product which seems absurd.

We needed to replace the collection unit on one of our printers and instead of buying off-brand or from a 3rd party, it was just as easy to buy direct from HP and at similar pricing. Works perfectly. Thanks!

Be CAREFUL with their search feature
I put in the item # that I needed and it popped up right away. I didn't notice that the part I wanted was out of stock, and they were apparently suggesting an alternate.
I ordered two (one for now and one on hand). When they arrived, they did not fit the machine. Please do not "suggest" anything other than what is put into the search.

Wrong Part.
If you are looking for a fuser kit for a HP Laserjet 3600dn do not but this part it is the wrong one. I have no idea why when you search for a "HP LaserJet 3600dn Fuser" this part comes up. This part is actually for an HP LaserJet 4500.
