Paid for accelerated shipping - delayed arrival
I paid for accelerated shipping, but the item arrived very late. Very disappointed; yet, HP did refund the shipping charges.

Ordered black. Got cyan. Was hassled when I tried to return it. Was unopened in the original packaging. Wanted me to keep cyan and then buy black in addition. Should have been simple. Wasn’t.

Free shipping and quality product

My printer says the cartridge is not compatible, Although it had the correct labeling and fits in the printer as it should. Spent $100.00 for a cartridge that won’t work.

lasts longer than it says
good product, reliable. don't listen to the percentages your printer tells you, mine tend to last almost twice as long as the computer tells me it lasts. keep a spare ready, and only change when you see the colors start to fail.

Best Price!
The price was better than anything local. The only complaint was in shipping the items.
The shipping was free, however the toner was shipped in the original box and the box was damaged. Obviously the freight company was not that careful in its handling of it. I will not be using the toner for a bit so hope the inside is fine.

Expensive, no recycling option
Samsung used to ship in reusable container with return label so I could recycle the old toner. Since HP took over, no recycling option given. Also, toner is very expensive.

How many sheets does it print?
The Samsung CLT-K504S Black Toner Cartridge has a page yield of up to 2,500 pages. Actual yield will vary depending on the amount of content on the page. Highly "dense" documents may yield fewer pages than the ISO standard, while less dense ones would yield more pages than the standard. Printing that uses primarily one color could cause lower yields for that color, and higher yields for colors not heavily used. The yield you experience will depend upon the content that you print.
