A few weeks ago, I ordered 3 HP 910 ink-jet cartridges for my printer. Magenta (red), Cyan and Black. Black and Cyan worked fine. Magenta (red) did not work. I'm running year-end financial statements for a charity for which I am treasurer. Some accounts were "in the red." Where those balances were supposed to print, I got "nothing." I tried everything. turn computer on/off. turn printer on/off. Take cartridge out and reinstall. Nothing worked. So I decided to call HP Customer Service. Robo answer. No way I could convince it I just had a cartridge that did not work. Wanted serial number for my printer. I gave it my order number. I finally talked to a human and first thing he said, "What is your order number?" I had to give again. Told him my problems and he said, "I must connect you to "Technical Help." Which he did again it wanted my printer serial number. I refused. Finally it hung up on me.
I tried the old inkjet magenta and it spit out some barely red figures. So it was definitely the cartridge.
I called the tech number first guy gave me. Put on hold. While on hold I checked website again. On website I had to open an account in order to send HP a message. While I am doing that another guy comes on. I tell him the problem. He says he'll have to connect me to someone else. I am back on hold. Then phone says "We are very busy. Goodbye " click.
I stick the new non-working cartridge back in the slot and WOW it works. Ok so problem solved but in the meantime, I have wasted almost two hours and have been treated not like a customer but like someone who is bothering them. HP does everything it can to avoid solving my problem which is a $13.99 cartridge. I used to order over $100 per year of ink cartridges from HP. Not anymore. As long as I own this printer, I am stuck with HP cartridges but I'll get them from other sources. And I'll think twice when I buy my next printer. HP thanks for nothing except wasting 2 hours of my time!

Confusion with Instant Ink order
The order went well, this was supposed to be sent under the Instant Ink program. Do not know how this was skipped except I changed my wifi and have now changed the wifi on the printer.

Good reason to stop membership with HP!
I have stopped my membership with HP. They hold any ink cartridges for ransom as long as you’re with the plan. If you replace your printer, the new cartridges won’t work. And you have paid for these cartridges!

Never go hunting for the ink you need again, stores don't have it, running around...got just what I needed and it was shipped & delivered to my door in great time. Thank you HP. Recommended...👍🏻

Poor printer
The ink is ok. Although 4 different cartridges seems unnecessary and produce poor quality prints. The printer is slow and difficult to use. I expected better from you.

Rat in a Maze
The cartridge is defective. Getting support was like being a rat in a maze. Finally, I threw up my hands in disgust and bought a replacement. Guess I am out for the first one.

I would like to say your 910 cartridges are great but I can't because they have been unavailable for over 2 months. This makes my Office Jet Pro useless because I can't use it. HP has left me in a mess.
