Toner use
Many times the ink toners don’t all run out at the same time requiring a replacement of one to keep working properly this gets annoying make the printer be able to continue working without the other inks being low

Printer did not recognize the color cartridges as Genuine HP and therefore would not allow printing. I could not find a customer service number to contact HP. I found the online support difficult to navigate and circular. I have since discarded the printer and cartridges and have switched to a different mfg. I was unable to find a portal for return and reimbursement. I will not be using HP products in the future

Bought a 3 pack of color cartridges (CMY) from HP.com. The cerulean cartridge will not install. The printer says it is not a genuine HP cartridge.

I accidentally ordered the wrong ink. The return link on the site doesn’t work, I’ve tried 3 different days and it sends an error code. Then I sat on hold long enough where I finally gave up. Ended up ordering the correct ink from Amazon.

I ordered my printer ink from HP having no problem in doing so. The cartridges arrived when stated. The three cartridges fixed in my print with no trouble. Will do so again when needing ink. I do not use the system HP has when my printer ink is running low being I do not use my printer often.

Sharp images, superior quality, expensive, slow delivery.
This ink produces superb images when used with my inexpensive little HP OfficeJet Pro 8025. I'm an old timer, and have experienced first hand the advances in printing over 50 years. Amazing. The only drawbacks are that it is so expensive, and HP took too long in sending. Ordered online but took forever to get here, 2 weeks at least. They do make recycling very easy.
