Worth the Higher Price for Long-Lasting Performance
Although HP printer cartridges are more expensive than non-brand alternatives, they last significantly longer and deliver consistently better print quality. In my experience, I get three to four times more prints compared to non-brand cartridges. Because of this reliability and value over time, I no longer purchase non-brand cartridges.

An old bridge teacher
I teach the game of bridge. I print a lot hand outs for my students in color. The HP products are far superior in quality and especially length of use. In the past i have made the mistake or buying inferior products from Amazon thinking they were actually HP products and to save money. Ordering from HP has actually saved me money. It would be nice if repeat customers could get a discount. Thank you, Mark

I appreciate your prompt customer service and the quick turn around on getting my return corrected.
On another note I have a question regarding the HP rewards. Why is the an end date to use the awards? Your toners are expensive, but I may buy it once a year so by the time I order another set of toners my rewards have expired.

Someone had bought a couple of knockoffs: poor copies and cartridge powder all over inside the HP printer were the results. Informed staff not to make that mistake again (they thought they needed a new printer)!!!

Forced to used OEM cartridges
I thought I purchased a printer from HP but I didn't realize I was required to continue their HP print cartridge subscription. It's now California law to make unsubscribing as simple as subscribing. An forced update makes us subscribers to HP print cartridges.

Extremely disappointed in HP business practices. Went on Amazon to buy 4 pack of toner cartridges in Nov 24. Installed blue cartridge which has worked fine. In Apil 25 went to install red and yellow. My printer rejected both. Was told by a tech HP probably installed software on Printer to disable any off brand replacements. I had to throw away 3 cartridges and lost that money. Ultimately bought HP cartridges @ 2x the cost . $100 each! What a scam rip off. Have bought many HP items over the years. Will probably look elsewhere in the future.
