PS: purchase HP
A low-cost, easy to install, simple to operate on an everyday basis. It is compact, well built, tough exterior and with a small desk footprint that is appreciated by a user with a cluttered desk syndrome.
I would buy another in a heartbeat if ever necessary!

Broken toner cartridge
As soon as I tried inserting toner cartridge into printer a plastic piece broke rendering it useless. I’ve had HP printers for many years. This was the first time it happened, but I had no way to get reimbursed so I was out of luck

Improve manual, Larger fonts needed
It was numbered differently so, I thought it was the wrong cartridge at 1st. The directions are in the smallest font, so I couldn’t read it & written poorly for the installation. It took a while to realize it did fit that I needed to remove something. Cartridge works A+

Wish that it came with printed instructions
The official support phone number leads to warranty or PC support. While AI does a decent job most of the time, it has been necessary to speak with a human about a quarter of the time. HP's human support often has an unintelligible accent.

For some reason the printer did not accept the toner cartridge. At first the cartridge wouldn't 'settle' into the printer. It did this morning but then it wouldn't print. An error message and the number 75 was received and I still can't print!!

A Printer is only as good as the cartridge.
This particular cartridge is not just good, it's excellent. It meets all expectations and more. The packaging was outstanding. Installing the cartridge was easier than one would expect from the looks. But you must not judge by appearance. It was as simple as sliding open a dresser drawer and closing it. Open the compartment on the printer, simply slide the old cartridge out, and the new cartridge slides into place on its own.
I would recommend this product to anyone, whether a friend or a stranger. However, to benefit from this cartridge, you must own a compatible HP LaserJet printer.

Inferior HP printer
The printer will no longer copy. When I changed the HP toner last month, the printer stopped working completely. I've already spent $100 for a computer tech to repair the printer. HP should discontinue this printer line before you lose more long-term customers such myself.

I would not buy another HP printer because you offer no phone number to talk to someone when the printer doesn't work. Buying a cheap printer without tech support is a fools errand. I won't buy anything from HP in the future.
