Rated 3 out of 5 by Average Office User from Good product, misleading website photo. This model DOES NOT include the Team button. Sounds is loud and clear and remote parties report that the microphone pickup is excellent as well. One of the pictures on the website shows the model with the Team button, but this one does not have it. Still a good product, but watch for the misleading advertising material. The unit is also USB-A with a USB-C adapter.

I was miserable having to fidget with a headset, not to mention folks couldnt hear me one time and was clear at around. My son suggested the Poyl 10 and its been a meeting lifesaver!! Affordable, clear, crisp sound both incoming and outgoing, and did I mention plug and play for MS Teams? Easiest set up ever!! Finally free of the headset at last! Very happy!

Rated 4 out of 5 by eShopper from Great for calls Good for all conference calls. I use this at home for work related calls. The audio quality is good for both the parties on the call. What could be improved: Only the teams button is backlit, wish other buttons are backlit too. It would be also be better to have physical soft press buttons instead of touch buttons. The speaker audio output sounds to be very much tuned towards speech. I have initially set this speaker as default audio output and played music on it. Music sounded bad, especially with low frequencies. It is not a good idea to use this speaker as the standalone audio speaker for both system audio and call audio. It appears to be only suitable for call audio. I don't want to complain too much about music since this is a speaker for calls but I need to point out that in the product description page, it says - "Reliable enterprise grade hi-fi audio for calls and for music." I wish they improve the speaker and make it suitable for music too. It would be nice to have music play/pause button too along with call buttons and that would make this speaker a single speaker for all audio needs.

Then I was surprise that I had to spend $100 for a speaker. The HP $39 and $49 speakers did not work on my system. The product: seems to have too much bass and I can't determine how or if there is any way to adjust.

It comes with a USB 2.0 to USB C adapter that makes it possible to connect to any device. The sound quality is crisp and clear. Poly didn't cut corners with the mic's quality either. Conference call participants were able to hear the entire conference room. The speaker's material design is like no other. The fabric on the exterior is soft to the touch. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

When I received this speaker I was worried that the sound would be subpar, boy was I wrong! This think rocks! The sound is clear and I will continue to use it on a daily basis at work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by i6ix from Surprisingly attractive and convenient device. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is surprisingly attractive in person. It has a nice weight but isn’t heavy. If you spend any time in conference rooms, it feels right at place with your work laptop, and small enough to keep in the same bag. A solid upgrade over the built in mic and speakers on your typical work pc. The cable on the device is long enough to place as needed, but you can keep it short since it conveniently wraps underneath itself. Soft rubber feet should prevent scuffing tables or sliding. Sound is surprisingly clear for a portable solution. The controls feel responsive and the light on the front for volume and such is a nice touch. Overall, a handy little device for remote work / travel.
