Rated 5 out of 5 by Office user from Perfect for home office use It is a wonderful printer - very easy to use and set up! It fit all my requirements: double sided scanning, color printing, wireless, fast speed, home office use, relatively small footprint and easy to use. A few improvements I would love to see: 1) It takes a while to warm up and scan 2) Air Printer is sometimes buggy and can't connect, HP Smart is slow as well 3) Would be perfect if the control panel screen on the printer was bigger or came with a pen so you can navigate controls easily 4) Serial number sticker can be stuck on the top of the printer for easy reference (companies always stick it behind and its so hard to find when service is required)

Rated 2 out of 5 by Zeev18 from Not as good as Officejet Pro 8620 from 2015 I bought this printer to replace my old trusted HP Officejet Pro 8620, when I had a printer failure related to the inkhead, after 6 years of good use. My old printer was the best I ever had, and used HP 950 XL cartridges which had very good page yield. The new printer HP Officejet Pro 9020 has advantages and disadvantages which I will explain in more detail. Unfortunately I found the disadvantages out way the advantages. Advantages: 1. The printer connects well by wifi to the computer and stays connected well. 2. The printer has a quiet mode which is nice when we have to look after children in a home based office business. 3. There are 2 input trays of 250 pages each, so 1 can be used for photos for example, and 1 for documents. Disadvantages: 1. The fax doesn’t seem to receive faxes most times. 2. The scanner ADF is limited in paper in-tray amount to around 20. 3. The scans come out on an angle and use more digital storage space than previously. 4. The printer output tray is too short so pages stack on an angle and fall on the floor. 5. The printer uses HP 965 XL ink, so it wasn’t compatible with my old printer’s 950 XL cartridges. 6. The display on the printer is smaller and input letters is a choice of 4 letters, rather than keyboard entry. 7. The display is too complex and poor functionality. 8. To get proper use we have to use the HP Smart app which can take longer than scanning directly from the display. 9. The printer often ‘cuts off’ the bottom line of the footers. 10. I feel this printer is not as good functionally when compared to the old HP Officejet Pro 8620 from 2015.

Rated 5 out of 5 by aldod from Great Printer I have had to replace a HP Officejet Pro 8620 as it had a problem with WI-Fi connection. Printer was 5 years old. I replaced it with the 9020 and I am extremely pleased that I purchased it. A bit noisy when it prints but extremely quiet when it scans.

Yet small footprint even with the additional tray. Tray 2 has the ability to print up to legal size paper. There's a paper guide to extend the size of tray 2. The printer includes ethernet option if needed as well as USB 2.0 Touch panel is easy to read and use. I can scan direct to my computer as long as I'm connected to home network.
