The HP Services Promise is a program that delivers on our strategy to “unleash the power of every employee” by:

- Maximizing the dollars that you spend with HP
Our Promise to you is if you purchase an eligible HP Support Service and you do not receive service on the device during the life of the purchased service, then you can claim a rebate for the full cost paid for the Support Service.
Terms and conditions for November 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026 HP Services Promise offer
Purchase dates November 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026 and prior eligible time periods.
Complete and submit the online claim form and HP product invoice within 30 days from the Support Service expiration date.
Limit 250 Support Services rebates per customer, per time period.
Support Services must be sold and registered within 365 days of the original hardware purchase date.
The hardware in question must not have had a service event for the life of the Support Service. For this offer, a service event will have occurred if HP either sends parts, a replacement, or a person onsite to the customer, or if the unit is transported to an HP repair depot during the life of the service. A phone call or phone support will not negate eligibility for the rebate. Download and complete the rebate form.
Completing your claim is easy
To get your cash back rebate, simply follow the steps in the claims process.
Step 1: Buy
Purchase eligible Support Service during the specified promotional period from an authorized HP reseller or direct from HP.
Step 2: Submit
Complete and submit the online claim form and HP product invoice within 30 days from the Support Service expiration date.
Step 3: Save
Receive cash back!
