Wonder , if HP have a program to take back the empty HP cartridges in good condition at the authorized shops in every locations and give a discount code , that can be used in future purchases.If my suggestion is accepted it will be a good initiative and HP will be considered as a company cares about Environmental management system ( EMS 14001:2015) which is a need of the hour to save the nature .The collected cartridges can be recycled/reused by HP and will have monetary benefits to the company too. Cheers!

It is detected by the printer but ink does not come out or same nozzles are blocked. Or improve the quality standards at source, Malaysia.

Received the product well in advance than promised and happy with that. However, the free gift of pack of 15 photo papers was not received.
