Click & Collect is a free and convenient way for you to collect your online orders from select HP World Stores. It is free for all orders with no minimum spend required and no maximum limit. If Click & Collect is available for a certain product, this will be displayed on the product listing and product detail page as well as at cart page.

You will be able to choose “Click & Collect” and the HP World Store you would like to pick your product from on the cart page.

1. Currently, Click & Collect orders can only be completed with credit cards via PayU and PayTM. Unfortunately Cash on Delivery is not accepted. In the future we are planning to bring in more payment options.
2. After placing an order, we will process your credit / debit card for payment. As soon as the payment is authorized, we will send a notification to the respective HP world store and let them know that you will be walking in to collect your order.
3. Your order will be ready for collection right after online purchase. You don’t need to call or contact us to confirm the availability or schedule an appointment.
4. Your invoice will be issued by the respective HP World Store and delivered to you during in-store collection along with our product(s).

1. Upon your online purchase, you will be sent an order confirmation email with all the details including the directions and working hours of the HP World Store you selected for collection.
2. You must provide the following documents when collecting in-store:
   a. A copy of your order confirmation email or printout of the same email
   b. A photo ID
3. Product(s) must be collected within 3 business days from date on which the online order has been placed.
4. If you don’t pick up your order from the HP World Store you have selected after 2 business days, you will be contacted by the Call Center and reminded of the collection.
5. After 3 business days, if the order is still not picked up, you will be contacted again and asked to collect on the 3rd day.
6. If the order is not collected by the end of 3rd business day upon online purchase, you will be contacted one last time by the Call Center, then HP might cancel the order as per its reservation of the right to do so provided that you as the customer confirm in the call, upon which you will be notified via an email. In the event of cancellation, any payment received will be refunded. Refund turnaround time will be depended on bank.
7. If you are not able to collect your order in-store personally, please contact our Call Center to notify us of the name of the person you have nominated to collect your order. Goods will not be given out to any individual without prior notice from the purchaser. The person you have authorized will have to present a photo id to be able to collect the item(s).
8. In case there is a price discrepancy between the online store and HP World Store, store is obligated to issue you the price difference in-store.

1. To cancel your order before you even collect, please reach out to our Call Center and your order will be cancelled accordingly.

1. If you need to return a product 2 days after your collection, please call the Call Center to make sure that the product is eligible for return. Upon confirmation, reach out to HP World Store you collected your order from and simply return your product(s) and HP World Store will issue the refund right away in-store for the products to be returned.
2. Kindly be informed that, if you need to return a product within 2 days after you collected, refund process might take longer than usual.
