Without checking further, I placed an order of 2 items and received the same after few days. But when I inserted of the item into my printer, I got notification that cartridge is incompatible. After that I contacted your customer care and asked whether I can return the item and by saying that I opened one of the box and but another box is not tampered and intact and also none of them are used. Also provided the supporting photos. After waiting more than 2 weeks, your customer care confirmed that they can't take the return. So my money i.e. around 1704 went in vain.
