Rated 1 out of 5 by from Completely dissatisfied - Cartridge Incompatible I would not give even this 1 star. There is no option to choose no star. As per the HP original website, Cartridge finder, compatible Cartridge for my Printer HP 6950, HP 905XL Cartridge is compatible. Based on this purchased the original product wth the Order Number : #101300000430032 But the new original cartridge purchased from HP , after installing in my Printer HP6950, it says Cartridge is not compatible. Send multiple emails, support ticket (5050314622, CRM:0000498309992) message to HP, No response. Not even a followup call/email that the issue is being looked on. Totally unacceptable from a genuine company like HP and that too buying the original cartridge from their Website. Completely dissatisfied with the purchase.
