Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst product and also the delivery support 1) Delivery of the product is the worst I have ever experienced. It took more than 45 days to deliver after I placed the order. Worst thing is there is no customer support response provided inspite of sending messages to inquire about my order. 2) The product that was delivered to me after so much delay is another disappointment since the cartridge does not work at all. Now since the seal is removed to install in my printer I am not sure if these people will acknowledge return. I thought I lost Rs.1700 to HP. Worst experience ever.
