1. 2. Less packaging: Compared with non-subscription purchase and distribution of the same HP Ink cartridges in stores. Based on a 2020 life cycle assessment (LCA) performed by Four Elements Consulting and commissioned by HP.
3. Automatic Delivery: Based on plan usage, Internet connection to eligible HP printer, valid payment method, email address, and delivery service in your geographic area.
4. HP Smart and myHP are now the HP app, available for download on Windows 10 or 11 PCs, macOS computers and for Apple and Android mobile phones and tablets. Windows PCs do not support print features at launch. Android not supported in China at launch. The HP app requires download available at www.hp.com/hp-app. Not all HP devices, services and apps are available in the HP app. Certain features are available in English language only and may vary by printer model/country and between desktop/mobile applications. HP reserves the right to introduce charges for use of select HP app functionality. Internet access required. HP account required for full functionality. Fax sending capability only. Live chat and phone support are available during business hours and vary by country. Chat service is localised in supported regions and will default to English where not supported. 5. Change or cancel anytime: Change or cancel your plan at any time online. If you decide to cancel your HP Instant Ink you can go back to using HP original Standard or XL cartridges. Plan upgrades are effective immediately and the charges will be applied retrospectively or in the next billing cycle, depending on user choice. Plan downgrades and cancellations are effective after the last day of the current billing period. Cancellation of your paper plan will only impact your paper subscription; however, cancellation of your ink plan will automatically cancel your paper subscription as well. 7. Recycling: Program availability varies. Original HP cartridge return and recycling is currently available in more than 60 countries, territories and regions in Asia, Africa, Europe, and North and South America through the HP Planet Partners program. For details, see hp.com/recycle.
8. Refer-a-Friend: Customer is responsible for any overage fees and applicable taxes during the free months of service. Offer valid in any country (a “Participating Country”) where (i) HP Instant Ink service is provided and (ii) the Refer-a-Friend (RAF) program is active, provided that both the existing customer and the referred customer reside in Participating Countries. Offer may vary by country and/or date. Must be 18+. At the end of the promotional period, unless service is cancelled at hpinstantink.com, a monthly service fee, based on the plan chosen, plus taxes and potential/applicable Overage Fees will be charged to your credit/debit card. For existing customers referring HP Instant Ink, only qualified referrals (as defined in HP Instant Ink terms and conditions) are eligible for free service offered by RAF program, equivalent to the then-current service plan chosen. There is no limit to the number of free months existing customers can earn under the RAF program. Referred customers must use a referral link or code to activate enrollment, limited to one referral code/link per printer. Requires creation of HP Smart and HP Instant Ink accounts and acceptance of terms of service at HP Instant Ink Terms of Service. Offer cannot be redeemed for cash except as required by law. 9. Free Trial Disclaimer (Ink): HP Instant Ink sign up required. HP Instant Ink not available in all countries. Subject to monthly page limit of 700. Must complete HP Instant Ink signup within 7 days of setting up the printer with the HP-recommended setup process as indicated in the instructions that came with your printer. Unless service is cancelled within the promotional period online at hpinstantink.com, a monthly service fee, based on the plan chosen, plus overage fees will be charged to your credit/debit card. Customer will be charged for any overage fees at the end of each month in the promotional period. One offer redeemable per printer. Trial offer with HP Instant Ink subject to change after 31.12.2024.
