The retail value of this keyboard is significantly higher than the one he purchased for himself (all those component costs add up quick!!). He loves this keyboard! He says the return is smooth and fast with zero lag. The neons can be customized, which he said was easy to do - he likes the slow changing of colors in a wave pattern. For reference, he has been using this keyboard about 2 weeks and has played games such as GTA, RDR2, Minecraft, and Subnautica. Five stars!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by FatimaB from Great Gaming Keyboard! This is a pure gaming keyboard. Initial impression was that the keyboard is small. However, it is compact to facilitate the gaming aspect. Since it’s compact, the Numeric and Function Keys are the same, but still the Escape and Function keys are far from the main keyboard. No Numeric pad on the right hand side but it makes sense since it is a gaming keyboard. The keys are very smooth and soft, makes it a good experience using this to play games. It’s a heavy sturdy keyboard so it doesn’t move around while playing games passionately. Price wise it is on a higher side but that’s relative.

Its like a nice creamy quiet sound rather than that annoying clack sound most gaming keyboards have. The clicks are still nice and tactile though. It feels good to type on even without a wrist rest and the layout gives me all the keys I need for any game im playing. The cable it came with is a pretty good quality braided cable with enough length to reach my PC under my desk. Only thing I did notice is it has some flex when you're holding it but once on the desk its fine. Hopefully that doesn't hint to a reduced lifespan over time. You can use the app on the computer to change the lighting effects and colors and some extra settings for the keyboard. It works good and I have no complaints about it so far. Overall its a nice keyboard. For the price I feel like there can be some better value elsewhere but hyperx is a well known brand with reputable products so im sure this will last a while.

Rated 4 out of 5 by JakD from Aesthetically a very nice keyboard and satisfying This is a really cool keyboard. I'm really happy with it. It's so satisfying and the clicking sound it makes as you're typing is so soft and not annoyingly loud. I love the LED lights on the keyboard. The only reason why I give it one star less is because it's not wireless and requires a USB C to a USB A wire. It's a very durable keyboard and seems like it should last a very long time.

We have several computers in the house and we need to accommodate both daily computing for business and personal need as well as gaming. Gaming is something that’s done extensively in our house and we haven’t had a good gaming keyboard in a long time. The keys on this have a hair trigger. If you barely touch them, they register, this is ideal for my avid gamer, although there is an adjustment period. They’re so sensitive that it’s easy to bump things that you don’t mean to, but it’s adaptable. I love the colors, and I love the compact size of it. It is sturdy although the lift on it for an incline is a little less than we are used to. Again something I can definitely adapt to. I will say that if you’re using this strictly for gaming, it will be great, but if you use this for daily computing as well it’s a little bit touchy, and it does not come with 10 key. This keyboard will be used exclusively for gaming, and well will switch out to a traditional keyboard for a day-to-day business needs. For my steam loving family, this will be ideal. If you have gamers, give this a shot. But this is definitely not for basic everyday computing.

The setup was super easy and user friendly! Easy to connect, you can even connect to gaming systems such as Xbox or PlayStation not just computers and laptops! So versatile! Amazing.

This keyboard looks as good as it feels, the aesthetic is super clean and modern, with a compact 65% layout and RGB lighting that’s vibrant but not overwhelming. The packaging is simple but polished, giving a nice first impression without feeling cheap or excessive. It connects easily to pc setups and works smoothly with hyperx’s software for customization.
