It’s the perfect size for my desk and the the “clicky” noise is exactly what I want in a keyboard. It’s also hefty for its size and feels very durable and made of good plastics. The plug and play USB-C is perfect for my laptop too! Great keyboard!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by CrystalB from Compact, sturdy,and great for gaming with beautifu I've been testing the HyperX Origins 2 65 keyboard and I'm honestly impressed with it so far. The 65% layout is compact without feeling cramped, and I love that it still keeps the arrow keys and important function keys. It gives me way more desk space while still being comfortable for gaming and everyday typing. The build quality feels super premium thanks to the aluminum body, and the keys feel smooth, and satisfying to press. The RGB lighting is bright and customizable, which makes it look good on my desk and my grandkids love the colors. I also noticed the double shot PBT key caps feel more durable and less "cheap" compared to others I have used before. The setup was easy. I was able to just plug it into the back of my computer. Was able to use without the HyperX NGENUITY app. Some features I really liked: Compact 65% design with dedicated arrow keys Durable aluminum frame RGB customizable lighting effects Double shot PBT key caps Comfortable for both gaming and typing One thing to keep in mind is that this keyboard is smaller and it may not be for everyone at first. it definitely takes some getting use to if you normally use a full size keyboard. One honest downside for me is the HyperX NGENUITY app doesn't really seem to do much for the keyboard itself besides changing the colors. Thankfully the keyboard itself performs great without needing the app much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AmyP from HyperX nailed it with this one I’m blown away with the quality and performance of this tiny keyboard! I really appreciate the design choices made, like printing additional symbols for the relevant keys on the front side of the key instead of the top to save space. Also the semi-translucent/frosted Housing adds a nice touch. Overall It’s very visually appealing and clean. The red switches have a nice feel, and a good click. Not clacky in a cheap plastic way, which is usually my issue with mechanical keyboards but they nailed it here. The braided USB-A to USB-C connection cable is also very nice quality. A solid braided cable that will last a long time, which is good considering this keyboard is limited to wired connection only. The keycap and switch puller tool included is a good addition, and I’ll definitely be using it to swap out the keycaps and really make this board mine. I hesitate to go with 65% keyboards due to how cramped they can feel, but the Origins 2 65 has definitely changed my mind, and I’ll be transitioning from my 96% keyboard with number pad to this for the foreseeable future.

The Hyperx Origins 2 65 was perfect. It’s perfect for gaming ad it works for PC, PS5/PS4 and the Xbox Series X|5 / Xbox One. We loved out the keys were swappable and game with a tool. It uses hot-swappable linear switches however we loved the feeling under our fingertips and think it looks great as is. It has a satisfying soft feel and gentle clack sound. You can also adjust the angle. It plugs into a USB and was ready to go right out of the box. I like it so much I think I will get myself the larger one for work. This was a plug and play item with a 2 year warranty. This would be a great gift to gamers. What a way to level up your game.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RebeccaM from Love this keyboard! The HyperX Origins2 65 keyboard is fantastic for gaming. It easily plugs in via usb-C cable. The lights are so fun, as you're gaming. And the size of the keyboard is perfect for being able to reach keys quickly and easily while gaming. It even comes with the key puller to switch out keys and/or easy cleaning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JosephG from 10/10 keyboard! Best one I’ve ever used This keyboard is amazing! In the picture you can see my big bulky old one. This one is ten times better than that one. The responsiveness of this keyboard is so fast. You click and it’s registered fast. Each key is super clicky and super satisfying to use. It’s not super noisy but it is a mechanical keyboard so it’s expected to have some. It was super easy to setup with a simple usb c cable which was provided! I’d highly recommend picking up one of these keyboards! You won’t regret it

The responsiveness is one of my favorite things. The keys react super fast and feel smooth, so you don’t have to press hard when gaming or typing. I love the portability, because it’s doesn’t take up much space and it’s easy to move around. It’s looks cute on any desk. For compatibility, I Just plug it on my ps5 and it’s worked right away. No complications at all.
