I am not disappointed with the product, but i am not happy about how long it took to ship to me. The add said 5 to 7 working days. I ordered it on October 20th. It came on December 15th. Very frustrating, as it is a Christmas gift. I was thinking i was going to have to go buy one at a local shop.

Replacement Chromebook
I ordered this Chromebook to replace my previous HP tablet-style Chromebook which would cease to recognize the physical keyboard at times. My favorite feature of this new Chromebook is that, connected to my HP docking station, it will support two external monitors, which my previous unit would not. This has given me a great deal more versatility. I can view/use my browser and email at the same time. Major improvement. I use it mainly for email and web access along with some word processing.and various other apps. So far so good!

HP Chromebook 14anf0050nr - A great choice
The 14-inch HP Chromebook was a great choice for me. The quality of the display is excellent. The price was fine. I have an HP desktop but I also need a laptop for its portability and the ease of use while relaxing in the living room watching television.
I use the HP Chromebook to do some fundamental financial transactions and to casually surf the web. I use it to look up information that is presented on the television and check emails. So, I can do everything I want. Its capability probably exceeds my need but I like it. A lot!
I've had an HP 27" monitor for over seven years. I just recently purchased an HP OmniDesk Ryzen 7 computer. I usually build my computers and before I retired, I was an Electronic Technician. I've been aware of HP for many years. I wanted a desktop computer; an Intel i5 or a Ryzen 5. But, HP's price for the Ryzen 7 was so good that I decided to purchase it. I would have spent a lot more building my next computer. Basically, keeping the case and fans. Plus, the OmniDesk is more than a third smaller than my old computer case. I’m very happy with the performance of the OmniDesk as well.

First Chromebook Plus, and WOW...
Chromebooks have always been one of my favorite tech tools. They are versatile and user friendly. This Chromebook is that ... PLUS. If that weren't obvious. It's an affordable, lightweight, sleek designed , Powerhouse; when it comes to Chromebooks that is. Off the top of my head I can't remember the specs, but the display is about what you would expect from an product, and that's the best without breaking your bank. Great memory and storage I multi task a lot and haven't been drug down yet. It's holding up great so I'd give it an 8 of 10 on durability. It's a great machine for many use cases. The icing on the cake is a battery that goes the distance with fast and adaptive charging. It keeps the work and fun flowing then does it's part to keep your battery healthy, and extend its life.I don't leave home without it and rarely use my laptop anymore. With the way this performs i should probably get a HP laptop I'm anxious to see what they perform like if a Chromebook has taken on the majority of my workload... Thank You HP you made a wonderful product. I have already and will continue to recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

If you are ever thinking of buying a chromebook, DON'T. Unless you need a computer for the sole purpose of searching information on google, you are committing yourself to a life of deprivation and frustration.

This Chromebook is much slower than my old one, it takes a long time to recover from its sleep. It only has 2 USB ports where my old one had 4. Just to name a few aspects.

Not a bad computer
Not a bad computer at all but the display sucks. I thought this was a different computer so I was pretty disappointed. It use it for work (nurse) and it gets the job done. Keys are nice and quiet and the computer is light. Only one USB port which is frustrating but overall not a bad device

What is the AUP expire date? I've seen links to the AUP list from google, but they do not list this model there, nor is the release date listed here.

Do this laptop flip into table mode

If you're looking for a HP Chromebook that can flip into tablet mode, I recommend considering the HP Chromebook Plus x360 or HP Chromebook x360. It has a 360-degree hinge that allows it to be used in multiple modes, including tablet mode.
