Didn’t really work
I never got it to work properly, I couldn’t press the plunger down all the way. I tried everything that was recommended. Finally, I turned off the printer and could remove the cartridge. I think I got some ink into the printer but I’m not certain how much.

Toner Refill Kit
Worked perfectly. This type of printer "Never Stop" get a lot of work from my home based business. I always try to keep a Toner Refill Kit ready when the copies start look a little pale. Just recharge a keep working, regardless how late at night it is.

These refill kits may very well just all be caked up inside and no powder comes out
These printers are a little bit older and it could be that all of the ink refill kits that are currently sitting on shelves are just so old and caked on that not too much powder comes out. I went through a total of four and I really can’t see any powder at the refill kit area, and the light doesn’t change at the low level so it could be that by these preloaded order refill kit are just a waste of time.

The product is fine, my problem was with the instructions. They are ALMOST foolproof. I say almost because they don't tell you to move the plunger handle from the side of the unit to the upright position BEFORE you start shaking the cartridge or toner will fall out!

Great but not good for the environment.
Best ink you can buy! Super easy to install. I only wish they included an easy-to-use recycling program for the large cartridges. They are designed so nicely, but it's a hassle to take them to a Staples drop off or other recycling drop off. I would choose a worse user experience if it meant way less waste.

Great Machine, Refill needs some work
Love this printer, but the refill devices can be difficult. They will sometimes stick. You have to pull up and press down multiple times to get it to "click" or register the click. When you pull up, if you do so too forcefully you can pull the top of the printer off (not completely off, just up at the edge), which causes internal problems like the measuring mechanism to stop working. I think this is a great machine. A true workhorse. A true value. They just need to work on the refill system.

Why I purchased my HP 143A Black never stop
I called HP for help and direction and one requirement was that the printer sleep mode could be disconnected
Based on that assurance, I purchased the printer. To my complete disappointment, the sleep mode could not be shut down.

NeverStop Toner Reload Installed and working!
My NeverStop printer finally showed that I had consumed half of my toner so I decided to invest in the Double HP Toner Reload kit. The toner cartridges come in very securely sealed envelopes The reload procedure is so well illustrated and presented that even I had no trouble getting the toner into the printer. The HP prices are so low, there is no incentive to fool around with any other provider.

Not very happy
I am having trouble using the reloaders. They will not go into the refill slot. I also have trouble with the Neverstop printer with faded print in the middle of the pages. This is my second machine. No one repairs printers anymore.

Is one cartridge intended to fill up the tank?
I like the cleanliness of the process. I haven't experienced any toner-dust mess. However, each toner cartridge only fills my printer halfway, even after shaking the cartridge 5 times longer than the instructions say.

I always have a good experiance with HP. They make products easy to find and order. I also get my products in a timely manner and the quality is alway on point. Also, I love my HP Neverstop Laser 100X PC Printer. When they say you get 5000 copies off of one ink cartridge, they wern't kidding. I think I pulled 6000 copies before I had to refill my ink cartridge. I would definatly recomend this printer and the ink. I've spent a total of about $18.00 on ink in one year and I print a great deal of copies. It's the best printer I have ever had and the quality of copies are exeptional. Thank you HP for creating such a great product at an affordable price!

Pump Handle Broke Immediately - cheap junk
Instructions say the pump only works if you push down the handle in one, continuous smooth motion - but the pump handle immediately broke off half way down, with just ordinary pushing.
Could not refill printer - or use the remainder of the refill.
So I called customer Service and was advised "You broke the pump" and had to throw the whole thing away and buy new refill kit. I did not "break the pump". It is cheap plastic, that easily breaks.
Bad printer and refill kit design - last time I buy a low end HP product.

Lasted for a Disappointedly Short Period
I was excited that the price of this product was relatively inexpensive when compared to the toner cartridge that our office used to buy for the old HP printer that we replaced. Very appointed after I realized that the first toner reload from this kit only lasted about a month before I have to use the second toner reload from this dual pack. I printed the usual amount of pages, if not less because my boss was away on vacation for a week, during that one month period. At this rate, using this toner reload kit will cost us more than the old toner cartridge during the same period of time, which is very disappointing. I had thought of replacing my old printer at home with a printer that uses toner reload kit but not anymore.

Is this compatible with laser jet M110we printer? Can I put my own ink into it?
The M110we uses the 141A toner cartridge, which is the only option for that specific model. This link https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-141a-black-original-laserjet-toner-cartridge will take you to that cartridge. It is not possible to refill it with your own toner.

I am unable to refill my toner. The cartridge goes in, the printer engages, but it wont turn the 180 degrees to accept the toner.
