Failed toner recharge cartridge
The toner recharge cartridge I received was unusable.
1. Vigorous shaking was required to loosen the ball inside, and continued shaking resulted in the ball no longer audibly moving. I suspect it got glued to a mass of toner in the cartridge that would never be usable.
2. Cartridge inserted, and rotated, but plunger would only depress, except under my full body-weight.
3. Cartridge would not un-rotate for removal, requiring I cancel the operation using the printer control panel
4. Re-try was identically unsuccesful
5. Attempts to lift the plunger as per directions (plunger now stuck down) resulted in the pull-tab at the top of the plunger breaking off
6. Using pliers, I could force the plunger back up, but this didn't change the result the additional times I tried to use it
7. After all this, there was no visible change in the toner level, as indicated on the printer.
8. "Toner recharge" operation's only outcome was a faint streak of toner on a blank test-print page.
9. No HP-based "support" tool/site/chatbot/link/document was able to address this failure. They are all self-referential, and designed to prevent access to an actual HP employee. Even though the cartridge is an HP product, I could find no remedy to its obvious failure. Should I buy another cartridge? Throw away more money that I can't recover? Why?
Money wasted. No recourse.
When my current toner load finally runs out, I don't see HP as an option again.
So unfortunate.

Super easy, economical
I was extremely happy with my refill toner. They were super easy to refill, instructions were clear, and since I bought a two pack and don't print extremely often, this is going to last me another 3 or 4 years. This is exactly why we bought a laser printer, because of the price of toner. Love my printer, love my toner.

Didn’t really work
I never got it to work properly, I couldn’t press the plunger down all the way. I tried everything that was recommended. Finally, I turned off the printer and could remove the cartridge. I think I got some ink into the printer but I’m not certain how much.

Toner Refill Kit
Worked perfectly. This type of printer "Never Stop" get a lot of work from my home based business. I always try to keep a Toner Refill Kit ready when the copies start look a little pale. Just recharge a keep working, regardless how late at night it is.

Is this compatible with laser jet M110we printer? Can I put my own ink into it?
The M110we uses the 141A toner cartridge, which is the only option for that specific model. This link https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-141a-black-original-laserjet-toner-cartridge will take you to that cartridge. It is not possible to refill it with your own toner.

I am unable to refill my toner. The cartridge goes in, the printer engages, but it wont turn the 180 degrees to accept the toner.

Does the never stop printer toner reload kit have an expiration date? I am deciding to buy one or a dual pack, but I probably won't need the second reload kit for three more years.
