It came from Vietnam and was stuck at customs for too long. Finally, I received my order and the setup was easy and it is a good product for school and work.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Powerful, but build quality is cheap I bought this laptop with the main purpose of being a laptop for school. I have the Intel Ultra 7 256V, and it's much more powerful than I expected. It's able to run games like R6 Siege and Sea of Thieves with a stable 100FPS, and it's also able to be hooked up to 2 monitors and play games with slightly lower FPS. The build quality of the laptop itself is extremely poor. The hinge broke within the first week, and if you keep the stylus attached to the laptop it scratches up the side of the laptop very easily. Overall, I would recommend this laptop, especially for the price, but I am disappointed with the build quality after owning it for only 3 weeks.
