How much ink do they hold?

Thank you for your question! This item is a print head and not an ink cartridge and doesn't ship with ink installed. The compatible ink cartridges will have as much as 775ml of ink in the black cartridge and up to 400ml of ink in the various colors.

Does this maintenance cartridge fit the HP designjet Z6810

The is not the correct maintenance cartridge for the HP Designjet Z6810. The correct one for that unit is the 771 DesignJet cartridge https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-771-designjet-maintenance-cartridge the CH644A.
