The warranty is to be delivered electronically. The order status shows as sent, but I never received it.

5 attempts to have it applied to my account
Since purchase, I received the initial email confirmation. That's it. I have reached out to hp several times and they tell me someone will get back to me in a few days. No one ever does. My laptop says out of warranty now and obviously I purchased a care pack because I got an email linked to here, but still no care pack. Care packs are a joke

Everything, absolutely everything with HP is so fraught with difficulty and time wasting that frankly there's no way I'd consider HP for any other pc purchases. What a shame about this once great company.

I purchased this product with my Chromebox G3, called the HP helpdesk to register it, and it was unregistered. I've sent several emails to get this registered, but to no avail..

I have no idea if this warranty is in effect.
I'm disappointed by how this extended warranty purchase is being handled. I have only received an email about my order being processed and nothing on it being complete. Most warranties come with some sort of documentation verifying the product and its terms. I'm now going to have to contact customer service to make sure it went through.

Ordering Care Pack
I like the idea of the carepack because it provides me a great value and insures my Chromebook will be covered for at least 3 years. The issue I have was when trying to order my Chromebook and the carepack. It kept asking me for serial number and the cart did not show me the serial number. I finally had to work with someone on Chat to get it resolved. The person on Chat was very helpful and helped me get the order placed.
