I have reached out to hp several times and they tell me someone will get back to me in a few days. No one ever does. My laptop says out of warranty now and obviously I purchased a care pack because I got an email linked to here, but still no care pack. Care packs are a joke

I have only received an email about my order being processed and nothing on it being complete. Most warranties come with some sort of documentation verifying the product and its terms. I'm now going to have to contact customer service to make sure it went through.

The issue I have was when trying to order my Chromebook and the carepack. It kept asking me for serial number and the cart did not show me the serial number. I finally had to work with someone on Chat to get it resolved. The person on Chat was very helpful and helped me get the order placed.

I haven't received the email with the product to download. How do I get that email resent?
