Used HP products for the last 20 years. So have a XP Notebook. Extended warranty, as well as HP tools are a plus. Plan to upgrade Slim Desktop to 32 RAM.
HP ENVY Desktop TE01-1150xt
I've been buying HP tower computers for years for home and work and always had good luck. I recently bought this computer (two of them, actually) to replace HP towers that were 10 and 14 years old, respectively. The only reason I replaced the old ones, which were working fine, is that they were too old to allow Windows 10 to update. I don't do gaming or heavy computer processing so I can't comment on that. I can safely attest to their reliability and longevity.
HP ENVY Desktop TE01-2250xt PC
I love the HP ENVY Desktop TE01-2250xt. I ordered it with 1 TB SSD, 2 TB HD, 32 GB of memory and Windows 11. The computer starts up fast and does everything fast! I've had it for over a month with no problems. I used the Dropbox app to copy a few files from my old computer to my new one. It took several hours to transfer a few GB files via Ethernet. To copy all of the files would have taken days so I switched to copying the files via an external USB drive. The time to transfer files using Dropbox is not a fault of the new computer but the limited speed of my old computer and Ethernet. I definitely recommend using an external USB drive to copy files. I can't believe I waited so long to upgrade.
HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-2165z PC
Easy to set up. Fast startup. More compact than my last Pavilion desktop from 2011 which still runs great.
