Does HP Store price match?
Yes, we do price match before order placement and based on our outlined specific conditions. Please check the details at https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/pricematch.
What is the last day to order for Christmas delivery?
To receive your custom laptop or desktop by Christmas, make sure the “Ships On” date is December 16th or earlier.
Example:

For ready-to-ship computers and other products, order early and select the shipping speed that fits your needs.
- The last day for Standard shipping is December 18th.
- Between December 19th and 22nd, choose “Express” or “Priority” shipping as needed for arrival before Christmas.
During checkout, always review estimated ship dates and delivery date range as well as the shipping options.
Please note that shipping carriers plan to deliver on or by Tuesday, December 23rd, and they typically reserve Wednesday, December 24th, for any final deliveries that can be made ahead of the 25th.
Tip: If you need your PC by a specific date, we recommend choosing an in-stock, ready-to-ship model to avoid any supply delays.
What should I know about shipping times this holiday season?
Shipping carriers like FedEx and UPS expect high package volumes in November and December. While we’re prepared, occasional delays may happen.
Use your tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
During checkout, we encourage you to sign up for our SMS/text alerts for shipping and delivery on your HP Store orders. For registered customers, this can also be done in your HP Store account.
Also, we recommend that you sign up for free for FedEx Delivery Manager and UPS My Choice to get automated alerts and other helpful features.

Can I cancel my order?
You can quickly cancel your order within the first hour after placing it using our quick-cancel option found online in Order Status. Access your order and look for the CANCEL button at the top right of the page.
- After one hour, your order begins processing and may not be cancellable.
- Only customizable computers may be cancellable after the first hour online and will still display the CANCEL button so that you can request cancellation if needed.
- For our other product types, the CANCEL button will not be displayed after the first hour has passed.

Can I change my order?
Once placed, orders can’t be changed—including customizations. If you need to cancel, use the quick-cancel option within the first hour. More information at https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/customerservicechangecancelorder.
Will your sales team be available on Thanksgiving Day?
Yes! Our sales and chat teams are here to help you on Thanksgiving Day.
- Order Support will be closed Thursday but reopens early Friday, November 28th, at 5am PST.
What if I see a lower price on the HP Store website?
Please check our Price Protection information at https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/pricematch#priceprotection.
- Note: Price Protection isn’t available during major sales (including Thanksgiving week, Cyber Week, and Red Tag Sales) or on intraday limited time or quantity promotions. Please check the link above for all the details.

What can I expect if I contact Order Support?
Due to high demand, you may experience longer wait times. We appreciate your patience and recommend checking our website for the latest product availability, order updates and self-serve options.
Do you offer extended returns for the holidays?
Yes! To give you more time to shop and enjoy the holidays, purchases made between November 1st and December 25th can be returned until January 15th, 2026, or up to 30 days after delivery—whichever is later.

When will I get my refund or credit?
There are two steps:
- Confirmation: We'll send you an email confirmation to confirm your return (once we have created your return) or credit (once your credit has been processed).
- Credit Timing: The refund will usually reflect on your payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Please Note:
- Return refunds (or exchange orders) process: After your return is received and verified.
- Credits process: Your order must be shipped before we can process a refund.
