HP Foundation
We work with strategic partners to activate and scale our social impact programs which support future workers in disconnected communities all over the world and provide financial support for those impacted by natural disasters and emergencies. Meanwhile, our global giving and volunteering initiatives empower HP employees to share their time, expertise, and passion to make a difference.
Our social impact programs and partnerships power future workers to participate and thrive in an increasingly digital world. By expanding access to technology, skills, and economic opportunities in disconnected communities globally, we’re advancing HP’s goal to accelerate the future of work for 150 million people by 2030.
HP LIFE
Our free training platform and mobile app offer more than 30 courses in eight languages.
Ranging from AI and entrepreneurship to marketing and finance, the courses all have one thing in common—equipping learners with the skills they need to participate and thrive in the future of work.
HP LIFE has supported more than 2.4 million learners in over 200 countries and territories since 2016.
Future of Work Accelerator
As a joint program of HP Inc. and the HP Foundation, the Future of Work Accelerator helps scale the impact of organizations that are expanding access to technology, skills, and economic opportunities in disconnected communities.
Since 2022, the Accelerator has served 35 organizations across 13 countries, helping them reach 11.3 million people.
YMCA
In 2022, HP Inc., the HP Foundation, and YMCA launched an initiative to equip young people with the technology and skills needed to participate and thrive in the future of work.
Since then, more than 520 YMCA HP Digital Hubs have been established in 28 countries.
The HP Foundation provides grant funding and business and digital skills content through the HP LIFE platform. HP provides access to refurbished hardware via HP HOPE, digital skills via HP Gaming Garage, as well as HP AI Teacher Academy and HP IDEA in selected countries.

Girl Rising
Our longstanding partner, Girl Rising, uses the power of storytelling to change the way the world values girls and their education.
The HP Foundation provides grant funding to programs that strengthen skills including entrepreneurship and alternative livelihoods, digital and financial literacy, and social-emotional learning.
Goodwall
In 2025, HP partnered with Goodwall, Cognizant, and Microsoft to launch the NextGen AI Alliance, which brings together public and private sector leaders to prepare the next generation for the future of work.
Together they launched HP Level Up, a global skilling program that focuses on digital inclusion and future-of-work readiness. Participants took part in six virtual challenges paired with HP LIFE courses, building digital literacy and more.
Over 100,000 young people have received training through the NextGen AI Alliance so far.
Access to Success
Access to Success (ATS) is a global innovation hub on a mission to enable everyone by accelerating the world’s most impactful accessibility startups.
HP and ATS joined forces in 2025 to power the future of work for people with disabilities by providing upskilling, reskilling, and training opportunities.
More than 1.4 million people with disabilities have benefited from these programs to date.
ATS is an alumni of HP’s annual Accelerator program.
Employees can participate in any of the HP Foundation’s global volunteer campaigns or develop their own activities at any time of year. Every HP employee can use up to four hours per month of paid time to volunteer.
40 Days of Doing Good is our annual employee volunteer campaign. From April to May, we invite employees across HP to volunteer—individually or with colleagues—by creating projects that equip disconnected communities to participate and thrive in the future of work.
We Day, which takes place during the campaign, is a designated day for employees to volunteer alongside their business unit or team, strengthening HP’s culture of impact.
The HP Foundation provides grants worth up to US$10,000 to selected charities supported as part of a 40 Days of Doing Good future of work volunteer project.
The HP Foundation’s giving programs provide HP employees with flexibility and autonomy over the charities they support and make it easy for them to donate.
Employee Cash Match
The Employee Cash Match program enables HP employees to donate to charities that are important to them and to have their donations matched by the HP Foundation, up to $5,000 per employee, per year while funds are available.
The HP Foundation stands ready to support real-time relief efforts when disasters occur, providing grants, creating focused employee relief campaigns, and matching donations.
Grants
The HP Foundation has provided grants to communities affected by natural disasters and other emergencies, strengthening the work of on-the-ground agencies to distribute food, medicine and shelter, as well as accelerating renewed access to education for the displaced.
We are proud members of the American Red Cross’ Disaster Responder Program, a partnership that supports disaster relief by investing in emergency preparedness resources before they are needed.
Relief Month
The HP Foundation’s disaster, humanitarian, and employee relief programs are the bedrock of our annual Relief Month activities.
During the campaign, employees donate to featured relief organizations. They also volunteer in their communities and virtually by donating blood, teaching disaster preparedness, and supporting other humanitarian activities.
