HP Envy 6500/6500e printers are the HP's only P3 colour gamut capable printers in-class delivering a wider colour range with P3 than sRGB, and the only printers in-class with automatic 2-sided photo printing. Based on November 2023 internal research of Expanded Colour Gamut technology’ and automatic photo duplex capabilities’ comparison against comparable, top-selling competitive printers.

HP Envy 6500/6500e printers have HP's latest and most intuitive colour touchscreen technology, compared to HP's current printer display technology, and self-healing Wi-Fi, HP’s best and most reliable wireless technology to experience uninterrupted printing, compared to current HP printers' wireless technology.
