Whistleblowing
Il whistleblowing è il meccanismo attraverso il quale ogni interessato (di seguito “Segnalante”) può effettuare, in buona fede senza timore di ripercussioni, le proprie segnalazioni aventi ad oggetto illeciti di cui sia venuto a conoscenza in ragione di un rapporto di lavoro e/o contrattuale con riferimento a quanto previsto dal: (i) D.lgs. 24/2023, (ii) Codice di Integrità HP, (iii) Modello Organizzativo HP 231 e qualsiasi procedura in essere in HP.
HP non tollera ritorsioni di alcun tipo.Esistono molti modi per segnalare un problema, alcuni dei quali supportano la segnalazione anonima. Il manager è di solito il miglior punto di partenza.
Quando non è possibile sollevare o risolvere un problema con il proprio diretto superiore, è possibile utilizzare l’Open Door Policy o l’HP Integrity Report Tool gestito da Convercent.
Anche i terzi possono inviare una Segnalazione via web o per telefono, anche in forma anonima, utilizzando il sistema di segnalazione HP Integrity Report Tool gestito da Convercent.

Whistleblowing is the mechanism by which any stakeholder can voice their concerns, made in good faith without fear of repercussion, while reporting of offenses of which they have become aware due to an employment and/or contractual relationship with reference to what provided for by the Legislative Decree 24/2023, HP Integrity Code, HP 231 Organizational Model and any procedure in place in HP.
HP does not tolerate retaliation of any kind.
There are many ways to report a concern, some of which support anonymous reporting. Your manager is usually the best place to start.
When it is not possible to raise or resolve an issue with your immediate manager, you can use the Open Door Policy or the HP Integrity Report Tool managed by Convercent.
Third parties may also submit a Report via the web or by telephone, even anonymously, using the HP Integrity Report Tool reporting system managed by Convercent.
