Since I bought it by mistake, I tries every best to reach back, and get it exchanged. I had opened one catridge, and one catridge is still unopened, and wrapped. But HP customer care completely refused to care about it. Being a customer for many years now, it was disheartening.

The error message recurred. Nobody to check the printer. The one service point in the city is overburdened. The printer is well maintained but now only the colour cartridge works. Talking to people about the problem, seems like it's a common issue. Black cartridge failure. And the cost of a new ink cartridge is expensive.

When I fixed the cartridge in the printer it says not compatible. spoke to your helpdesk they weren't able to help..... But they said it can be resolved we need to contact the local service centre. Please assist as the cartridge is expensive & I don't intend wasting it.

Installed the same successfully but when printing was getting notification that the ink was depleted, the cartridges may not be original HP etc. Contacted HP and was advised to take it to the nearest supplier for exchange of the same. Unfortunately the address given for the nearest supplier is far from where I reside and being a senior citizen I'm unable to take it there. Notified HP of this situation but received no response.

Ordered 680 recommended by your web site, my old one is 678. Now printer not working with 680 saying there is error. Is there a difference between the two to make this happen?
