When I replaced it showed that black cartridge needs to be replaced now. When I replaced black it shows cartridges are not genuine or damaged. When I contacted hp support the 1st question they is date of purchase. After this they simply inform to take it to Service centre. They refuse to inform whether some simple check can be done to find out whether it is hardware or cartridge even when told that printer was fine till the cartridge replace message was shown

After opening the cartridge from the sealed box we inserted into the printer, but the nothing was printing. Then we called a service person for printers and he checked and found out that the cartridge ink had dried up. Please do not cheat customers. We paid 700 rupees, but it was a total waste.
