Rated 1 out of 5 by JRHinBHCA from Worst Computer Purchase Ever Absolutely the worst computer purchase I have every made. Less than 3 months after receiving this computer, the screen went blue with a hard disk error. I have spent hours on the phone with HP trying to get it fixed. They are now ready to do a factory reset but will not guarantee that I won't lose my data. If I want to ensure that I don't lose my data, I either have to hire a tech or pay HP to back up my data. I will never buy another HP product as long as I live. HP will fix my computer under warranty, but if I want to protect my data, I have to pay! What kind of messed up warranty is that?

Rated 1 out of 5 by Breo313 from Faulty motherboard Bought this 16 months ago and the motherboard is bad. Now the computer is completely useless and hp won't do anything to help because I'm 4 months out of warranty. Huge waste of money, these things shouldn't go bad so quickly, according to my computer repair guy, its all over the web that there's a faulty chip in the motherboard.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kennie G from HP Hasn't Let Me Down Yet This replaced my old 27 in. All In One that still works but the screen flickers so badly it prevents me from shutting down properly. Hey it's 8 yrs. old and earned it's retirement. Job well done. I wanted to stick with 27 in. It's perfect for me. The abundance of memory and wireless charging is what sold me. The computer is so quiet. My water cooler is louder and it barely makes a sound. I always use my own keyboard and mouse but keep the included as spares or give away. The graphics are superb and I love the glossy screen. The compact stand allows this to fit on my computer stand perfectly. This is my 5th HP and I've never been disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PoppaJ from recommended A good component mix; it performs well, and is affordably priced - a sale price helped. The monitor/system unit is an attractive design, surprisingly light, surprisingly quiet. I wasn't sure of the white color but that was nonsense, it looks great. The various ports are easily accessed. Note that the system has HDMI in and out ports. Without getting technical about it, screen color and picture quality are very good. Just 1080 (FHD), I think many would go for 4k, for future-proofing at least. The pop-up camera is a good idea, but its picture quality is not remarkable. I like the built-in speakers but am glad I kept my desktop speakers for room filling sound. This model has a Core i7, 16 gb of DDR4, a 1 tb SSD and a 1 tb disk. Plenty of storage and it's a snappy performer. Let's get to the keyboard. It is sleek, attractive, non-clicky, and easy to type on. But as this is a DESKTOP, I was surprised that it is laid out like a LAPTOP - its hardware derivation I suppose, AIO's being vertical laptops. Without dedicated F keys you have to Fn+Fx, and for many shortcuts (I use keyboard shortcuts) Fn+Alt+Fx - klutsy. I don't understand some of the key icons and there's no reference material. My daughter got a big kick out of the Emoji key; I would rather have a PrtScr key to do easy Windows screenshots. Provided is a screenshot app (win+shift+s) that copies screen to clipboard. This machine is a replacement for a ~10 year old AIO unit, quite an improvement. Also it is a jump from Windows 10 to 11 for me. It was a smooth transition, though a few Windows issues have been more challenging and remain unsolved. Lastly, shipping from HP was speedy. It's all well packaged and easy to set up. I've had it 2 weeks, and I recommend it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Horrible keyboard; missing other device readers The keyboard is horrible. White, with light grey characters making it impossible to see. Had to buy a replacement from HP -- they would not let me exchange it. Cost $31. Discovered it will not accept the card from my camera. I have to retain the old laptop to read, then transfer via the cloud. The same for reading CDs. Windows 11 hid so much. I sit and hunt for what knew so well on Windows 10.

Rated 4 out of 5 by csdrbrg from Still breaking it in... Very easy setup. This is my second all-in-one style sevice. Its taking me a litte bit to get used to Win 11 features and functions. The one thing i did not catch and DO NOT want to utiize is OneDrive. Sorry, but I do not want all of my financial data out on the net, in one location. Everything is penetrable. It took some doing, but i think i finally have OneDrive uninstalled. Other than that, i'm enjoying the unit and hoping it gives me years of good service.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Igor85 from Some things to note before buying The description of the item is inconsistent - the general info says it has a Ti graphics card while it has non-Ti version of card inside (mentioned only in detailed description). Also no distinct info that it is a touch screen item. As for quality - light bleed on corners, mediocre sound, camera has to be manually taken out. Good quality mouse and keyboard.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Amyy from Yeah My first purchase was the HP Pavilion 24-ca1045z Bundle AiO PC. It ran great, the ONLY problem I had was the anti-glare screen. Instead, I bought this computer hoping it'd be faster and better than the first. (Since it's $$$) the screen is beautiful. It's sharp, vibrant and the size its perfect. BUT as I was trying to install and update my windows, it failed and set an error code! Really? -_- ended up fixing it by going in and restarting it manually. So far, this computer has been a little glitchy for me. Not too pleased about my first experience with it but I guess time will tell. I got both of my computers on sale, during the black Friday week. I think I liked the HP 24-ca1045z better.. if only it came in a glossy screen !!

Rated 4 out of 5 by KS, Michigan from Very exciting upgrade Seamless ordering and delivery, set up was also easy to do. I really liked the keyboard, pleasantly surprised how smooth and easy to use it was. The screen is a revelation. As large as it is, it isn't ugly or obtrusive in my office. And graphics are perfection. I was hoping that the camera rose automatically, but it does not. I was hoping for more from the speaker also. The sound QUALITY is very good, but the volume is not what I expected. Even at a full volume it was hard to hear pianissimo classical music well. Also, certain conversations were not mixed well on the volume during movie playback (In-ear playback was fine of course). Overall a very good upgrade and I expect it to last as long as my HP laptop did which was 8 years!

Is this 27-inch display "touchscreen?"

Asked by: Florida Sun
Thank you for your question! Yes, this HP Pavilion AiO PC, 27" does feature a touchscreen display.
Answered by: HP Team Grant
Date published: 2023-05-27

Can the the AiO with Integrated Intel® UHD Graphics 770, and a Discrete NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3050, choose the NVIDIA be used by default for the integrated AiO display? Otherwise, why opt for discrete grapics if you can't use it natively? Thanks, -Tim

Asked by: Timba
Having two GPUs allows you to multitask easier and makes the PC much faster. Programs that don't require the Discrete GPU can be shifted to the Integrated GPU. Allowing the Discrete GPU to commit full resources to graphic-intensive tasks.
