Rated 1 out of 5 by fuserloser from Make as cheap as possible to Maximize Profits Crap Shoot whether this will work or not. Cheap like the rest of the printer. Toner goes empty and the fuser quits at the same time? Looking at other brands now. Done with the new HP cheap Junk printers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by TheNetGuy from Consistently premature failing On multiple printers. Very low Print Life, Starts to streak. We now have gone through 3 fusers all Less then 80 k per. Same issues Clean Office environment, < 60k prints. The roller material in the fuser is extremely soft and cannot touch it at all without damage. Crap gets stuck on the roller and starts the streak, Cannot clean... This series has VERY BAD DESIGN, Bad Fusers, and Very Weak very Flimsy trays Our HP M601, 605, and even 608 have had only 2 fuser replaced with 16 printers. in 10 years.... Still going strong. Our 3x 611x have had 6 fuser replacements in 2 years. Very consistent failures on this series. Was this a planned Obsolescent consumable? Was it intentional? or not enough real-world testing? Or just plain stupidity? HP please fix these units. Terrible for the environment to go through so many fusers. Good job HP.... Please Change the Fuser back to the old style ones that last 10+ years and have over 500k prints...

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ronald H from Maintenance kit doesn't seem to be working correct Since the new fuser and transfer roller were installed, the print is very light. A new toner did not help either. This seems to be an issue with these maintenance kits. Any suggestions would be appreciated on how to fix this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by TechDude from Short life span We are burning through fusers at a rate of 100K pages each, which is less than half of the advertised, "up to 225K pages." Not sure why this is but it has been consistent on two different printers. Add distribution problems to the mix and we are unable to purchase these kits (really should be able to buy this outside the kit as others have requested) and therefore we have abandoned our HP Enterprise printers for another brand because between the lack of availability of consumables and fast burn rate we can't keep them in production. Disappointed in HP all the way around on this one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Andrea56 from Worked! Got bonus points from my boss for fixing our printer without having to spend money on a technician. The only issue I have is that the fuser only came in a kit. We don't need all the other parts. By the time we would have to use them, we won't know where there are!!!! Wish you would sell the fuser by itself.
