Fix the HP Smart app or not so smart app
Not for my printer even though I purchased it right from the app that was telling me my ink was low and that this would fit my MA479fdw. Then I tried to submit a refund and it told me someone would call me back in 5 business days. I have a business to run. I called in immediately the customer service rep was competent and friendly, so good job on that. I had to pay FedEX almost $20 for shipping materials. So all in all not happy with the giant headache and extra out of pocket costs.

Do Not Trust the Printer App for Cartridges
I was led to order this cartridge by my printer app. HP Smart. It was the wrong cartridge. You must open the printer and find the correct cartridge number. I spent over $900 for these expensive replacement cartridges that were all wrong. I returned, I have yet to receive a refund from HP. Do not trust the HP app when ordering replacement cartridges.
