HP LaserJet CB435A Black Print Cartridge
Thanks for following up. I ended up returning the HP LaserJet CB435A cartridge because my printer stopped working and unfortunately no one was able to repair it, so I no longer had a use for the cartridge.

Reliable and smear-proof
Even without the option of colors, my HP LaserJet P1006 printer is a vast improvement over the (other brand) ink-jet color printer I owned before it. Primarily, I can print with this one, and put the printout in my pocket on a hot sweaty - or even rainy - day, and the HP 35A toner will NOT run or smear on the paper, as that color ink did. And I have never had a problem with all the 35A cartridges I have gone thru over a number of years. Highly recommended.

Too good to switch
I know that I could purchase less expensive toner cartridges for my trusty Laserjet P1006, but I always go back to HP. I get many months of flawless service from each cartridge. Also, I appreciate that I receive instructions on how to return the old one so that it can be handled in a way that will not harm the environment.
What I do NOT appreciate is how difficult it can be to find this simple item on the HP web site. Why can't I simply enter "Toner cartridge for HP LaserJet P1006"?

Better value buying these in a two pack
The two pack I purchased is much better priced them buying them 1 at a time. My old HP Laser Jet P 1006 works like a charm and is a heavy duty work force with me working at home. My only complaint is that they don't seem to last as long (are not good for as many pages), as they used to do, but with me working at home it could be that I am printing out a lot more pages than I used to do, as I go through a lot or reams of paper each week.

Great product, arrived faster than predicted!
I actually bought two toners for my small laser printer. I have actually used my last one, even though we do a lot of printing, for probably a year. When it begins to print poorly, I simply take out the toner cartridge and shake it down. Great product!! Way better than my inkjet, especially for text printing.

Very costly for a very low cost printer
I bought this laser jet printer several years ago and it has worked very well without problems. I have purchased the newer version for a gift, It has been serving them well also. BUT for printers that costs under $100. , it is really hard to justify the extreme cost of the replacement cartridges.. I try to buy genuine HP on E Bay to keep the cost reasonable. This is my only complaint because the printers perform well.

Great Printer - Hard to Hookup Wireless
This is a great black and white printer.. It uses the large cartridge which saves money. Great if you don't want/need color printing. However, it was very difficult to set up for wireless feature. I had to have HP tech help and it took about 40 minutes for the tech person to get the wireless feature to work. Unless you are a "techie" you should just call HP for online help. Again, a great economical black and white printer.
