Unresolved User Issue
Some unresolved issues with Malware Prevention downloads on my machine. The Wolf Dashboard says "Failed to download updates. Press Update ...... " Pressing the Update key, it appears to go through the update request but nothing changes, i.e., I still get the warning. Program still has some unresolved issues for the novice user, me.

Wolf Saved Me From a Huge Scam

Graeat at blocking things impossible to allow things thru that are not viruses
Its nice a blocing things , but there is NO information on how to allow good information to work on the computer. There are things that it blocks that are not viruses but it is slmost impossible to allow them to work. There is NO support help. You just have to live with it blocking some things that you dont want to bloack and are not a problem

Wolf interferes with Chrome
The product appeared to interfere with Chrome. I had to completely uninstall all Wolf products AND uninstall Chrome, and then reinstall Chrome before it would work correctly.

I have a new HP PC with wolf security. Will the initial subscription expire? If so, how can I tell when it will expire? Thank you
Thank you for your question! That would depend on which PC you purchased. Some HP PCs have 3 years of Wolf Protection while others have 1 year. Please resubmit the question with your model or product number, and it can be determined which coverage you have. Also, HP Wolf Security sends a warning message to the Controller when a license is due to expire within 14 days.
