The HP Specialist will work with you to determine a convenient date & time for the installation (installation coverage during local HP standard business hours, 8am-5pm excluding holidays).
The HP service specialist will remove the product from the box, inspect for damage, and set in customer designated place.
The HP service specialist will set up the printer, install any accessories, purchased software options, connect all necessary cables (including connecting the printer to the LAN or WAN, as appropriate).
The HP service specialist will install consumables, turn on the printer and configure & test.
HP service specialist will explain printer usage, maintenance, and environmental health and safety standards, including how to place a support call to HP.
