Bought a used computer from a vendor, about a week later while using the computer a pop up offered a h p care pack for a very good price. I then spent the next couple of hours tryng to find out exactly what a care pack will do, I think I got a good deal still not sure.

Rated 3 out of 5 by MaineMike from Got the purchase done - I think I wanted to renew the HP support on my Z workstation and the agent I used last year did not respond to me and tickets I opened to want to make the purchase kept getting closed without comment. I did a chat and someone was meant to reach out to me within the hour but they called the next day while I was out. I finally found a place where I could purchase the extended warranty and I did so. I still have not gotten a receipt but my Pay Pal account was charged so I am guessing I am all set.

Rated 2 out of 5 by sdnyreilly from poor website i bought a warranty extension that seemed easy to perform. unfortunately my upgrade assistant sent me an extension to purchase and i did so. when i went to register it i could not because it was the wrong contract. it was a nightmare to cancel it for among other reasons, i could not contact a person. eventually a sales person sold me another warranty extension and it also was incorrect. it was a nightmare and hp's website was terrible.

I have a case # 5059102419. Two of the 6 technicians were helpful and supportive. The others just passed me along - ending up at the Care Pack Registration gulag email which is full.

Trying to renew the warranty, but every time I click on "add to cart", it ignores the add. Can you help?
