Where do refurbished products come from?

It's a common misconception that refurbished computers are old, obsolete inventory that's been used over a long period of time. As a matter of fact, most refurbished product is sourced from the demo pool, customer returns, canceled & duplicate orders, overstocks, cosmetically blemished and end-of-life products and is hard to detect from new, pristine stock.

Do refurbished products come with a warranty?

All products are backed with a HP limited warranty, covering parts, labor and technical phone support. The level of service and duration varies depending on the model; generally, refurbished business PCs are covered with a one-year limited warranty.

How quickly can I get my product?

For orders over $100, free ground shipping is offered to HP employees, but faster delivery is available at an extra charge.

HP's refurbished PCs are not distressed computers that have been in use over a long period of time.
