With HP Piazza, you can fully automate multiple stages of your workflow, from content ingestion through to inventory and order management.

Optimized book content is stored in the Piazza Content Repository.

Adding Titles to the Piazza Content Repository is done by adding Product Specifications, Title Metadata and Assets by Title.

Titles can be added one at a time or Bulk Uploaded via an automated process. Required information for adding a new Title includes: Title Name, Author, ISBN, Source Product ID, Shipping, and Product Specification.

Piazza Product Specifications define Production terms for the Titles added into the Piazza Content Repository.

Title Assets can also be Bulk Uploaded into the Piazza Content Repository in order to further ease the Title management process.

Piazza will check Title Specifications and Pre-flight Assets (Covers and Text) for digital print optimization prior to “publishing” a Title so it is ready to order.

The Piazza Order Management view allows Publishers an “at a glance” view of Order Status in Production.
