When AI Meets Print, Innovation Accelerates

AI adoption is accelerating across the enterprise. 78% of enterprises already leverage AI in 2025, and that figure is expected to reach 89% by 2027.1 Today, more than 90% of Fortune 500 companies rely on Microsoft 365 Copilot,2 and organizations are already saving 10-15 hours per employee per month with AI-driven workflows.3
At HP, we’re bringing this transformation to the point where paper meets digital. With HP for Microsoft 365 Copilot, we’re introducing the first integration of Microsoft Copilot directly into HP Office Print devices to deliver unprecedented productivity gains right at the printer.

What Is HP for Microsoft 365 Copilot?

HP for Microsoft 365 Copilot is a new HP Workpath app that brings Copilot’s generative AI capabilities directly to HP multifunction printers (MFPs). For customers with HP Workpath-enabled Office Printers and Copilot subscriptions, this integration unlocks powerful capabilities right from the printer panel:
  • AI-generated summaries of scanned documents or files in OneDrive and SharePoint
  • Smart file naming and storage suggestions for seamless organization
  • On-device translation powered by Copilot
It’s one experience across devices – whether you’re at your PC or standing at the printer.

Why It Matters

HP for Microsoft 365 Copilot changes that by reducing manual steps and accelerating productivity:
  • Direct Copilot-ready scans from HP Office Printers – no extra steps or devices
  • Seamless integration with OneDrive and SharePoint for secure, automated file handling
  • Enterprise-grade security built on HP’s industry-leading printer protections and Microsoft’s trusted cloud standards
The result? Faster, smarter, and more secure workflows that free employees to focus on what matters most.

Looking Ahead

HP for Microsoft 365 Copilot is expected to be available in Spring 2026 on managed and enterprise HP Workpath-enabled printers. The app will be sold within the Workpath Premium Bundle of Apps through HP's Microsoft Partner Solutions partners.

Together with Microsoft, we’re actively developing future enhancements, including expanded AI capabilities and deeper integration across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

At HP, our mission is clear: to help customers modernize with confidence and lead the next era of productivity. With HP for Microsoft 365 Copilot, we’re delivering on that promise – bringing AI-powered innovation to print and beyond.
