Rated 3 out of 5 by from Greeted by mic issue on brand new laptop I don't understand why a brand new laptop would come with mic issues. It turned out Win 11 22H2 came pre-installed which caused this issue (as per your home visit techician) and he had to do a manual downgrade to 22H1 after which I had to install many apps like Office etc manually and changed the entire look and feel of the UI. Not a great customer experience.

With extended two years warranty, it costs around 74k. The laptop is lightweight with battery life of 2-3 hrs depending on usage. Display is good. However audio is disappointing (5/10).

The screen display technology doesn't strain your eyes and also the processing power is amazing as it has 10 cores in its inter core i5 processor. You can surely check out the good specifications it has and make a purchase from HP official website as the sales team and customer care team are very helpful at each stage of purchase. Hi, The CPU core(6K9C3PA) shows 1.3 GHz only in the laptop. While the spec says upto 4.4GHz. Bit confused. Actually for this price was expecting more than 4Hz. Can you please clarify..
