Rated 1 out of 5 by from poor battery backup I don't recommend to buy this product because even if you put it on sleep mode the battery will go dry and it won't last even for two hours. Service support is also not fast, since 15 days I have started giving complaint and still not completed.

I also did not like the lack in clarity on the Office Appln and extended warranty and Antivirus software that was purchased. Had to call them to get into and then follow some steps. An email with the steps would have saved time and expenses for customer support.

It turned out Win 11 22H2 came pre-installed which caused this issue (as per your home visit techician) and he had to do a manual downgrade to 22H1 after which I had to install many apps like Office etc manually and changed the entire look and feel of the UI. Not a great customer experience.

With extended two years warranty, it costs around 74k. The laptop is lightweight with battery life of 2-3 hrs depending on usage. Display is good. However audio is disappointing (5/10).
