Rated 5 out of 5 by from Positive & negative Quality is very good. Tried, on the advice of a friend, a refilled cartridge - it was messy. My main concern is the price which i think is exorbitant. At the cost of 4-5 cartridges, one can buy a new scanner-printer!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Incompatible catridge after couple of weeks usage! I bought from HP with an expectation for quality and genuineness of the product. After a couple of weeks of usage, it started showing error as incompatible cartridge, when I was in an urgent need of taking a print-out. I called up your customer service. This product was delivered at home. Now, due to bad quality (or may be duplicate product?), it is not working - and I am asked to go the shop and get it replaced. I think HP has the obligation to deliver the replacement also at home, with the same enthusiasm shown when delivering the faulty product. Don't punish the customer for the bad quality of the product.

However, the cartridge is not compatible with my HP Deskjet 1010 printer. I wrote to HP store to return the item but to date they have ignored my messages nor provided me a solution. I am student I will not recommend HP to any of my colleagues and friends.
