Rated 1 out of 5 by from Super expensive Never buy HP never stop printer, it is a crime, cost of the ink is so high, even cost of drum is very very high, it's a crime on day to day basis to use such expensive printer in the office.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HP Neverstop printer series is Defective Whole Series of HP neverstop printers is Defective. print quality is pathetic and lines appear on paper and changing Printer drum will not help. I don't know why HP is still selling these faulty printers. I would never recommend anyone to buy this series of printer. This neverstop series will stop your printing experience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Low toner error even after refilling. Even after refilling, it shows low toner and print quality is very dull. Hp software shows that cartridge is empty even after one refill. I called HP engineer and he says that the drum needs to be replaced!!! The waranty is just over. Never trust this printer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very bad product have had really bad experiences with this hp machine. have had to change the 104a drum once with just 4000 pages printed and after changing into a new drum it is again giving the problem as earlier. so it turns out to be a very expensive product whereas while marketing it they are doing quiet the opposite. now they say that the product warranty is over and we need to take the machine to the service centre. feel cheated by hp. have emailed them many times but they give the same generic reply. very disappointing. will never buy more hp products.
