Rated 1 out of 5 by from Got defected product. and couldn't replaced by hp store I have received defected pic , mouse wheel not working properly and tried to find how can i replace but found nothing . i have called many times to hp post service but not get any response. i think I have made a mistake to buy a product from hp store official website. it would be better if i had bought product from amazon or flipkart instead of hp store.

Does this keyboard have the special function F1 to F12 keys which are -- for eg. mute, increase/decrease volume, increase/ decrease brightness , sleep etc.? What is the warranty provided?
