I am happy with the product. One suggestion/request that when customer buy from companies portal/site, company may please give some concession. Since if we buy from other sites/portal/outside vendor, we are getting some discount/concession. A good HP product. But HP penalises those who want to buy original and don't do refill. It raises the price by a big percentage from time to time. This is clearly taking advantage of its market position.

I appreciate the prompt delivery.
BUT I expected that I could fit both black cartridges in the printer. However they are made in a way that one cartridge has to be coloured.
I don't need colour as much as I need Black.
Suggestion: Please market black ink cartridges that can both fit the printer.

Excellent service when you get it.
Getting HP service is difficult. Recently, I purchased a two-pack B&W. The cartridge failed. It was replaced. The error message recurred. Nobody to check the printer. The one service point in the city is overburdened. The printer is well maintained but now only the colour cartridge works. Talking to people about the problem, seems like it's a common issue. Black cartridge failure. And the cost of a new ink cartridge is expensive.

HP printer cartridge
Thank you for your message. I wanted to order cartridge for HP 1510 , when I looked up options it showed 678 instead of 802.... When I fixed the cartridge in the printer it says not compatible.
spoke to your helpdesk they weren't able to help..... But they said it can be resolved we need to contact the local service centre. Please assist as the cartridge is expensive & I don't intend wasting it.

One of the cartridges HP sold me was a lemon.
One of the cartridges HP sold me was a lemon. I was able to print one page and post that, the printer just wouldn’t work. It kept throwing up an error and just wouldn’t print. I tried several steps given on the HP support and none of them worked. I eventually plonked the second black cartridge that I received from you and I’m able to print pages now.

Ordered 680 recommended by your web site, my old one is 678. Now printer not working with 680 saying there is error. Is there a difference between the two to make this happen?

All printer has their compatible cartridges, if HP 678 cartridges are compatible with your printer then HP 680 cartridges will not support in your printer.
